These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and FlowStack LLC (“FlowStack”, “we”, “us”), the operator of The Baby Planners (thebabyplanners.com). By purchasing, downloading, or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

The Baby Planner is a digital, print-ready PDF planner (200+ pages) delivered by email after purchase. No physical item is shipped. You will receive a download link to the email address provided at checkout, typically within minutes.

3. Pricing and payment

• The current price is displayed at checkout in USD (or your local currency equivalent).
• Payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal, or other certified processors.
• All prices include applicable digital-services taxes where required.
• By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

4. License (what you can do with the planner)

When you purchase The Baby Planner, FlowStack LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to:

• Download the PDF on any number of personal devices.
• Print the planner for your own household use, or have it printed by a service provider on your behalf.
• Gift a printed copy to a friend or family member.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the PDF file publicly or privately.
• Upload the file to file-sharing networks, drives, or cloud folders accessible by others.
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works for commercial purposes.
• Use the planner or any of its illustrations as part of a competing product.

5. Intellectual property

All text, illustrations, typography choices, layouts, and trademarks on this site and inside the planner are owned by FlowStack LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. All rights not expressly granted in Section 4 are reserved.

6. Cancellation & refunds

Because The Baby Planner is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. By completing checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that statutory withdrawal rights (where applicable) may be limited once delivery begins.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to harvest content or place fraudulent orders.
• Submit false payment information or commit chargeback fraud.

8. Disclaimer

The planner is provided “as is” for organizational and journaling purposes. It is notmedical advice. Always consult a qualified pediatrician or healthcare professional regarding your child’s feeding, sleep, development, or medical care.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowStack LLC’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the planner shall not exceed the amount you paid for the planner in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event will FlowStack LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlowStack LLC, its members, and contractors from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the planner.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
